I love that this is all natural ingredients with no fake sugars, flavors, or color. I was really surprised when I first tried it because I did not think it would taste good, but I was so wrong! It tastes absolutely wonderful! Usually when I drink hot chocolate (whether sugar free or not) I usually add a packet or two of sweetener. I didn't have to with this. It was perfectly sweet.
It has a wonderful, rich chocolate taste to it. I also want to note that normally anything with whey in it does not taste good to me (as I can taste the whey) but I cannot in this.
As with any K-cup they are super easy to use. Place your mug under the spout, load the cup into the machine, select the 8 oz. size, press start and your done!
You can also use a 12oz. glass filled with ice to enjoy it cold (it's very tasty this way as well!)
