My thoughts:

Whether you have used a menstrual cup before or not, this is very easy to use. When properly inserted you do not feel it. There are two different ways you can try to insert it. Here is the instructions from the website:

Fold and hold

Always start by washing your hands. Squeeze the walls of the cup together, and fold into a C shape. Many women find that folding the cup to a C shape makes Diamond Cup insertion easier, but every woman‘s anatomy is unique, so you may find another fold more comfortable.
Insert & twist

As with tampons, gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, tilting back to the base of your spine. The cup should sit as low as it will comfortably sit inside your vagina, lower than a tampon. Do not insert it in an upwards motion, like with a tampon. The cup should sit low and at the opening of the vagina. When the cup is inside, and open, it will create a light suction. The suction is how the cup prevents leaks, so use your finger to check it is fully unfolded. Twist the cup if you need to, to ensure it is comfortable.

Don’t rush, take your time finding the best position for your body. The tip of the cup should be felt at the opening of the vagina. Our insertion sheet explains further.

You can wear it up to twelve hours. After that you remove it following these instructions from their website:

With clean hands, gently pull the stem of the cup downwards until you can reach and grip the base of the cup. Pinch the base to release the suction and remove. You may need to use your pelvic muscles to push your cup lower in your vagina. These are the muscles that you use to stop and start peeing, but are useful for many other things! Empty your cup into the toilet, and rinse your cup with warm water. Simply wash and reinsert.

After each cycle it's suggested you should boil it for 3-5 five minutes to sterilize. Keep it in the little bag it comes with and you will be ready for next month.

Warning:
  1. Not to be used during intercourse.  Diamond Cup is not an contraceptive device and will not prevent the spreading of sexually transmitted diseases.
  2. Keep away from children and pets.
  3. Do not flush
  4. Not to be used for bleeding after vaginal birth.
  5. If cup causes irritation, inflammation, pain or burning remove and consult your physician.
  6. If the cup becomes stuck or pushed too far, don’t panic.  Relax the vaginal muscles, squat and push down, grab the base to fold it to break the seal. Grab the rim and gently pull. Consult physician if unable to remove due to improper insertion.
  7. No returns after use.  All sales are final.
  8. If cup tears, discard.

The thing I like best about this company is that when you sign up for their VIP club they will donate $1.00 to help prevent the shame of menstruation for girls & women in other countries.
