I love this pillow! I have tried tons of pillows from cheap ones to expensive name brand ones and have never had a pillow that stays so comfortable.
I like that you are able to open it up and take out some of the foam if needed (I only have to take out a small amount and I saved it in a zip-lock baggy. So it's completely adjustable to what you need. It's very firm with all of the foam in it so if you don't like it just take some out until it's adjusted to what you like. Keep it in a zip-lock baggy in case you want to add it back later.
The best thing about this is that I no longer wake up with neck or shoulder pain. I have also noticed I do not toss and turn in my sleep anymore. I wake up in the position I went to bed in. This is a huge deal for me.
The nice thing about it being shredded foam is that it actually forms to support your neck and head perfectly.
When this pillow arrives it is vacuumed sealed so you have to give it some time to puff back up. I personally took the outer cover off, unzipped the pillow and I reached in to move around the foam. I then propped it up and let it sit and it was ready to use that night.
