My thoughts:

This product helped my skin to feel and look very smooth. I also noticed a huge difference in my acne and redness.  I had a small difference in my fine lines but nothing in the deeper ones. 

I'd give this a 5/10 to be completely honest. Maybe others will have better luck with it. I just don't have much to say about it.
