My thoughts:

The good: 

 I've been taking it for about two weeks now and have noticed some differences. 

My hair is shinier, like way shinier. It's also softer and not so frizzy.

My nails look healthier. As in the tips are actually white instead of a weird clear. 
They are also growing faster and a bit stronger.

They smell like popcorn to me.

The bad:

My hair has not grown any faster - huge bummer!

The pills are a bit big and awkward to swallow, along with being capsules so they float.  

Something in them doesn't exactly agree with my stomach so I have to make sure I take them with a large meal or I'm uncomfortable and feel sick.
 

 

Overall:
