Thanks to Tomoson I got to try out the Shed Ninja 2-in-1 Dog and Cat Shedding brush! The following thoughts are my own.
I
have three dogs in my home. One half Pug half Chow (medium length hair
but sheds like crazy), one Chihuahua (short hair that sheds), and one
Schnauzer/Terrier/something else mix (long hair that not only sheds but
gets knots/mats/etc). I tried this brush out on all three of them as I
have tried and wasted a lot of money on other brushes trying to find one
that works for each dog.
I was truly amazed when I tried this
brush out. I first tried it on my Chi. I have never successfully gotten a
brush to get any of the shedding hair out of her coat. The short side
of this brush did just that. I was amazed at how much hair came off of
this small dog! It left her coat very soft and shiny.
I then tried
it out on my half chow half pug. I used the short side on him as well
and again was blown away. I pulled out so much shedding hair I could
have made another dog! Again, the coat was left soft and shiny.
I
finally tried it out on the crazy mix dog with long hair because I
really wanted to see how well the long bristles worked. She tends to get
knots/mats in her ear hair and this brush gently got those loosened and
pulled out. Her hair was left soft and fluffy!
One of the really
cool things about this brush is that the head flexes so as you are
brushing along the dog it contours with your dogs body! Both sides of
the brush are made of metal but they do not hurt your dog's skin at all.
I highly recommend this brush for anyone who has a dog or a cat that sheds a lot!

You can choose to get a small or a large brush. I chose large because my biggest dog is about 45 pounds.
