I've been taking this for a bit now and am really impressed.

My nails grow as fast as molasses in winter. They peel. They break. They split. They are weak! Since I started taking this they are growing WAY faster. They also aren't breaking or peeling off right after they pass the tip of my fingers. They are still thing and a little floppy - but a lot better than before.
