The first product in the box I will talk about is Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner in 001 Black. I like how rich of a color it is and how smoothly it goes on. However, it is extremely hard to remove.
As you can see you can do thick or thin lines, I really like that about it. I tried tight lining with it (show in bottom picture on right eye) it does not work very well for that. If you want an eyeliner that stays on all day, this is a good one.
However, it WILL smudge and create a line on your upper lid. This is easily fixed with putting a black eyeshadow over the liner.
The next product in the box was Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. I'm actually quite dissapointed in this. I tried it out twice. Once when I just had eyeshadow and mascara on. It removed the eyeshadow amazingly, but not the mascara.
I also tried it with the Rimmel eyeliner that I received in the box with no luck of removal.
I put it on a cotton ball as instructed. I swiped once, twice, a million times and got nothing. So I would say this isn't the best for removing eyeliner or mascara unless you want to end up with red, puffy eyelids like I did.
The next product is NYC New York Color Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum. I absolutely love this lipstick. It goes on very smooth. It does not bleed. And I feel it is a color that could work with any skin tone.
It also has a really nice sweet scent to it when you first put it on. For being as inexpensive as it is, it actually stays on for quite some time. Even with eating and drinking, you don't have to reapply all the time.
As you can see, I am very pale white, and I feel it looks really nice on me.
The next product is Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea. I personally am NOT a fan of candy canes, so naturally I did not like this at all. I also don't like green tea. However, if you like both of those I think you would really like it.
The flavoring isn't so strong it makes you feel like you just sucked down straight peppermint.
The next product is Boots No7 Protect & Perfect ADVANCED. While I only did get a small sachet of this to test, I really did like how it made my skin look and feel. I personally cannot comment on how well it works for reducing fine lines and wrinkles. But it did make my skin look more radiant and feel very soft.
I also got McCormick Gourmet All Natural Thyme. I personally used it once to make Parmesan chicken with the thyme added to it. I found out I do not like thyme, so I can't say much on that. I can say however, that my fiance loved it.
My favorite thing I got in this box was Fruit Vines Bites Strawberry. Boy are these tasty! I'm normally not a huge fan of licorice type products because I get sick of the cherry flavor.
These truly do taste like strawberry, a little bit like fake strawberry flavoring, but still tasty none the less.
The final product I got was EcoTools Sleek + Shine. I LOVE this brush. I first tried it on dry hair and was really surprised how smooth and shiny it made my hair.
Then I used it to blow dry my hair. They do claim that it makes blow drying 20% faster, and I would have to agree with that. It has really nice, wide vents in it to help the air flow through.
