My Thoughts:


I have been using this for a while now and I have formed the following opinion. As far as it promoting weight loss I haven't really noticed a difference between just working out and working out with this on other than you sweat more in your abdomen. I haven't noticed more inches coming off either. 
 
I do feel it is great for back support and helping to build a strong core. From where it sits it helps you to have proper posture when doing anything. I have noticed that I'm not having as much back pain since I have started to use this and my back is not as sore after working out. 
 
It is fairly comfortable to wear, remember not to wear it too tight. You want it snug but not cutting off circulation. It fits up to a size 50” waist. It's a pretty light-weight material, but in the sense of it doesn't weight you down. It is not breathable (as it is supposed to help more sweat/water come out). It has a very sturdy Velcro strap that holds very well.
I would recommend giving this a try because for one I haven't been using it super long so I may not be seeing the best results yet. And two it's great for helping poor posture which a lot of people have problems with.
