My thoughts:

I love how easy to use this is! When you first get it you let it charge for 16 hours before using. When you do use it, it has two speed settings, a light to see where you are using it, and it fits very well in your hand.

I have small hands and when first looking at it I thought it was going to be too big and bulky for me to hold but it wasn't.

When using you very gently move it up and down – never letting it sit on the same spot for more than a few seconds as it will cause heat and can burn. When I first looked at the roller I thought for sure all this thing was going to do was rip skin up. I am so amazed at how soft and smooth it leaves your skin feeling.

I do suggest either doing this in the bathroom, over a towel or garbage can for easy clean up. The reason for this is because your are essentially “filing” your feet and you have little skin particles that go every where.

Once you finish, you can either wash or rinse your feet and I suggest using lotion after because it does leave your skin looking like it was filed. But your skin is amazingly soft and smooth.

It cuts down the time to file a callus down by a million (okay probably not that much but a lot!). I always get a callus on the side of my foot just below my pinky toe. Manually filing it off takes me FOREVER and I NEVER cut them off because that just seems really dangerous and a great way to end up in the ER if you slip.

This is a safer alternative to cutting callus' off and is way faster than manual filing. I highly suggest anyone to get this. Even if you just have rough skin around your heels it works great as well!
